Welcome to The Pre-Marriage Course online.

Prefer to try The Pre-Marriage Course in person?

The Pre-Marriage Course is a series of five sessions, designed for couples considering marriage, whether engaged or not, and wishing to build a strong and lasting relationship.

While based on Christian principles, it is relevant and helpful for any couple with or without a Christian faith or church background. The founders, Nicky and Sila Lee, have been married for over forty years and speak regularly on relationships and marriage preparation. They are co-authors of The Marriage Book.

  • The online course runs exactly as it would be if you were attending in person. If you are not in the same location, you can still do the course by having each ordered a journal, watching the film of the relevant session simultaneously and conducting your conversations when indicated by Skype, Facetime or Zoom.

Each session lasts for 1 hour 45 minutes, half of which will be for your conversations.

If you are in the same location, try to make it feel as special as possible. Be on your own and ensure you can have private conversations. Donā€™t forget the candles, snacks, and drinks.

  • You can begin the course whenever you like, and it will run for 5 consecutive weeks.

  • Once you register, we will send you the link for you to connect to the online course.

We will be running the course free of charge. The only cost you will incur is purchasing two course journals ā€“ you will need one each ā€“ and these can be bought from The Alpha Shop. If you are registering from outside of the UK, please follow this link to see if you can purchase the journals in your own country.
