At HTB we want to equip people to become exceptional Christian leaders, with increased capacity and competency, who influence others in every sphere of society.
We seek to do this through specific leadership programmes and events. As well as training, we want to create opportunities to develop meaningful and supportive relationships where knowledge, resources and expertise are shared. Our aim is to build a sustainable network of distinctively Christian leaders, equipped to see society transformed and the church revitalised.
If you lead people well they will thrive. How we lead people determines the nature of our working environment, it determines the nature of our lives in every way.

The Peter Stream seeks to see the Church benefit from a range of women and men who have sensed a call to ordained church leadership, but have felt themselves excluded.
