Older Youth

For school years 9 to 11

Older Youth gather at HTB Brompton Road for a session during the service and HTB Onslow Square in the main service on Sundays. You can come along to the following:

HTB Brompton Road at 9.30 am and 11.30 am
HTB Onslow Square at 4.30 pm

Sundays

In addition to Sundays. Older Youth gather on Wednesday evenings during term time at Upper Room and together with the wider HTB Youth Family on the fourth Friday of each month at Youth All In.

They are also invited to the Drop-In on Tuesdays, Musicians Assemble and Creative Colab as well as any other events and groups HTB Youth Runs.

  • Youth Director

    Hey, I’m Tom, the Head of Youth at HTB. Previously I oversaw Alpha Youth & Students globally, and before that I was an evangelist and youth worker in York. I have a passion to see every young person come to know Jesus and share that faith with their mates. I’m married to Charlotte, and we have a daughter called Lily and a son called Milo.

  • Ordinand

    I am a second year ordinand with HTB and I am studying a BA in Theology, Mission and Ministry at St Mellitus College. I was a personal trainer for over 10 years and represented both Hackney and London in football and athletics. I am a BIG foodie and my favourite meal to make is sticky honey pork with rice and roasted broccoli.

    Hi I’m Zach, and I’m from Canada! This is my first year as a part of the HTB Youth Team! I am currently in school studying theology at St. Mellitus College. I love being on the youth team because not only do we have fun, but we get to encounter God together, and challenge each other to go deeper. Try to spot the moth in my picture!

    Hiya! My name's Jess and I'm one of the youth pastors at HTB. I've been a part of the youth group since I was 17, and I now work here on team, which makes me feel very old! I've recently finished a degree at St Mellitus College and I’m now loving the full time youth pastor life. One thing you should know about me is that I love instant coffee way more than all the fancy stuff... I know, probably a sin.

    Hey I’m Jo, I’m a PhD student studying the medical imaging of placentas! I love going to the theatre, travel, and great food! I’ve been a youth leader in Cardiff for the last five years and I’m excited to now be a part of the team here at HTB.

    Heya, I’m Damola. I was born in Nigeria and migrated to the US where I lived for 14 years. I moved to the UK in 2017 and have been attending HTB since. I enjoy spending time with my one year old son and wife, watching sports (soccer and American football), and travelling.
